Indicator Panes

Each chart has three indicator panes: A, B, C

The indicator panes can be shown/hidden using the A/B/C chart buttons, or from the Indicator Panel.
Selecting the indicator text will show the settings of the indicator. The pane of the indicator is selected from the 3rd column.
