LANNG Chart

  • The LANNG Chart is a proprietary timeframe invented in 2007, using time and range.

  • The time frame is selected in the backfill window.

  • A LANNG Bar is printed in Blue when a range bar UP, and Yellow when a range bar DOWN. The time bars are printed with the standard colors (green/red)

  • The chart will catch both sideways price movements, and trending movements.

  • The chart will contain more bars than the time- or range chart, thereby more information.

  • The extra bar data can have a major impact on TA and strategies.

  • This bar type is useful during backtesting, to avoid using tick data.
