The 1-click edit and backtest is an important part of strategy development and of passing the learning curve in a timely manner.
A condition can be enabled/ disabled to see the influence with instant result, whether the condition is needed or can be removed. A manual initial optimization by a human is in many cases more efficient than a brute force optimization having millions of combinations.
The final step of a strategy development is to remove conditions or STRAT indicators and see the result. Can also be a manner to test how robust the strategy is.

The ATS will be checked at every new bar in the system. Used when the ATS is trading a high time-frame. One chart in the system trading a low time-frame may be sufficient, typically by using Combined Bars timeframe. (See the Combined Bars Section).
Max position of the symbol traded by the ATS across all ATS. Facilitating an active portfolio of strategies trading the same symbol (hedging), exploring that each strategy may work at different market conditions.
